Temporal Distance: Maximum score = 5 pts.
Background: The SCI-FAI assesses walking ability in individuals with SCI. This measure consists of three subscales: gait, assistive devices, and temporal distance.
SCI-Pediatric-specific: This has only been evaluated in adults at this point. It does show excellent reliability and validity in adults with SCI. Items seem appropriate for children.

Rationale/Justification |
This has been validated for higher-functioning persons with SCI.
